The Department of Justice of the United States has published an amendment on the official website in which a document appears with the signature of the first vice-president, Marius Lulea, on a $ 1.5 million contract with an American lobby company, concluded in the election campaign, in favor of George Simion, writes News.ro, citing G4Media.
According to the quoted source, the American Department of Justice has published a new document, signed by Marius Lulea, vice president of gold, from which it follows that he accepted the lobby contract concluded on March 31 with the company BGD Legal and Consulting, after on April 23 he had only the signature of the representative of the respective company, Daniel Delnero.
The Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) has officially announced on April 24 that it starts a control at the Golden Party, after the press release on a $ 1.5 million lobby contract to promote George Simion in the US.
Marius Lulea, the first vice-president of Gold, then told Hotnews that he did not sign a lobby contract in the US and that there is no payment made from the subsidy account, money from the state budget, or another party account for this service.
“There is no contract, payment, no obligation, nor from the subsidy, nor from the campaign, nor from other sources of the party. I have not seen, I signed this contract,” said Lulea, adding that no payment was made, and that it will not be made after 30 days.
His last month's position came after George Simon, President Aur, denied that payments were made to a lobby company or for his promotion in interviews such as those made with Steve Bannon, former counselor of Donald Trump. “There was no payment,” said George Simion, president of Gold.
Contacted by HotNews.ro, the American company BGD Legal and Consulting did not deny the existence of the document, but said it was not in force.
