According to the Glavkoma, Krivonos in an interview declared the alleged involvement of state -owned workers in the “guidance of Russian missiles” in December 2023 for defense enterprises in Kyiv, including the design bureau of Luch. He argued that the blow to the enterprises was delivered three days after the completion of the audit by specialists of the State Academy of Sciences, which allegedly published legal addresses of objects on the site.
“In one of his interviews, Krivonos even appealed to the SBU so that it urgently conducted an investigation, because it seemed to him that the auditors allegedly were engaged in“ espionage ”and“ drainage of the GOSTAINA, ”the journalists said.
Representatives of the state house proved that this audit did not take place at all, no results were unveiled, the publication reports and notes that even if such an audit took place, such information was not subject to disclosure, since it is a state secret.
“The court of first instance established that these accusations were unfounded, and the distortions of Krivonos were aimed at discrediting state reap and her head Alla Basalaeva and created a distorted idea of the activities of the auditors in society. The Kyiv Court of Appeal recognized the information that the citizen of Krivonos extended,” the official statement of state -owned -laws quoted.
After the court decision, the State Audit Service of Ukraine on its website reminded that during the period of full -scale invasion, it was thanks to the work of the auditors that the order was put in defense procurement. In addition, in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, the State Academy of Sciences was stopped by a number of abuses in the defense sphere.
