I brush my teeth with homemade paste – 1 minute and they are whiter than that of the Hollywood star: even the dentist was stunned

Yellowing teeth, unpleasant odor from the mouth and “stone” at the roots-for sure, many have encountered at least one thing. Wait with expensive whitening, have time to spend money. Try the folk recipe for pasta, which advised the TG channel “Medicine | Folk recipes” (18+)-returns whiteness and health to your teeth in a couple of minutes. The result is visible after the first time. The method helps with almost any diseases of the gums, dissolves stone, and heals small wounds in the mouth – with inflammation, bleeding and even periodontal disease.

How to cook

  • In 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda add 10–20 drops of pharmacy peroxide of hydrogen and 2-3 drops of lemon juice.
  • Mix until smooth – you should turn out a slightly thick slurry.
  • Dip a cotton swab or disk, gently rub your teeth and gums from the outside and inside, without pressing strongly.

Why it works

  • Soda cleanses the plaque and softens the stone.
  • Peroxide disinfects and whitens.
  • Lemon neutralizes soda, gives freshness and helps to lighten the enamel a little.
  • The mixture quickly relieves inflammation and heals the wounds.

But you do not need to use the mixture daily – for prevention, enough 1 time per week so as not to damage the enamel.

With sensitive enamel, severe inflammations and allergies, be sure to consult a dentist.
