The decision comes from the analysis of shows broadcast by Realitatea Plus between March 14 and April 3, 2025, which attracted numerous notifications and which, according to the CNA, violated the Audiovisual Law no. 504/2002, Article 3 para. (2), and articles of the Code of regulation of the audiovisual content, regarding the correct information and respect for human dignity.
Thus, Realitatea Plus has the obligation to publicly broadcast the sanction decision, for 10 minutes, on May 28, 2025, between 7:00 and 7:10 pm, without other elements of audiovisual content, CNA reports.
