The virulent reaction to George Becalui comes after George Simion, the Gold leader, announced on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, that he will challenge the result of the presidential elections. Moreover, he claimed that he avoided a bloodshed after Nicușor Dan came out president.
“What I saw clearly, is that he was convinced that evening. Now he comes and says: I wanted to avoid a blood bath! Which blood, me?! Well, where are we, on the front? Well, if he beat you and took a million votes then what to do? If you want a blood bath to do, then take a blood bath 6 million with 5 million. Let's fight 6 million with 5 million that you don't want you, George Simion, to admit! That we have to put you on the president, liars and farmer and cunning ”, said George Becali.

He also said that George Simion's political future was over.
