Another provocation of Russia in the Baltic Sea. Donald Tusk gave details


The Russian ship from the “Shadow Fleet” covered by sanctions performed suspicious maneuvers near the energy cable connecting Poland with Sweden. The “shadow fleet” consists of old, dilapidated ships, floating under the bands of third countries – most often African – and used by Russia to avoid sanctions. These ships sell Russian oil at prices exceeding the established ceiling, usually without insurance, which means no liability in the event of an ecological disaster. The West, including the European Union and Great Britain, gradually includes them with additional sanctions.
