In the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the wife of an official for 9 thousand rubles “privatized” land near the pond

In the Yermakovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the wife of the official privatized 1.5 hectares of land at the local pond.

The prosecutor’s office said that we are talking about the Migninsky reservoir (Ermakovsky pond). It is located 6 km from the district center and was a favorite place of local residents who bathed in it and caught fish.

In 2018, the shore of the pond was leased by the wife of the deputy director of the municipal “Ermakovsky Center for Capital Construction”. In the documents, she indicated that she plans to open a farm for breeding ostriches there. The territory was surrounded by a fence, and then an object of capital construction was erected there, not like a house, which she was not going to build. But this did not confuse responsible officials, and they allowed the “farmer” to privatize the land for only 9 thousand rubles.

“The prosecutor’s audit showed that the territory to the category of agricultural land has never belonged. On the contrary, it is in the recreational area where there is no place for livestock. The site is located within the boundaries of the water protection zone of the Migninsky reservoir of the river. Milya, and therefore, is the property of the Russian Federation, which local authorities are not entitled to dispose of, ”the press service said.

Based on the materials of the prosecutor’s inspection, a criminal case was instituted on the excess of official powers (part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Employees involvement in the conclusion of an illegal transaction is established.

Also, at the suit of the prosecutor, the court recognized the contract of sale invalid, returned the plot to the federal property, obliging the former owner to demolish the illegal structure.
