Strelkova, head of the department of ideological work of the Khabarovsk Higher Party School, Doctor of Historical Sciences P.V. On May 18, 1971, the Birobidzhan Star newspaper wrote about the worker of power transformers, the drummer of the CHIV Congress of the CPSU, the cavalier of the Orders of the Honor, the Order of Lenin, the Drummer of the Communist Labor Illarion Grigoryevich Reznikov.
Illarion began working biography at the Birobidzhan bakery, a cleaner of the territory. Then he came to work at the metalworks factory, later renamed the power transformers to the plant, first worked as a student, then a welder.

At the factory, Illarion Grigoryevich is respected, constantly conducting tours of the plant for schoolchildren. Reznikov was one of the first at the plant to perform a responsible operation with a personal stigma.
