VTB Bank announced the start of the new program of paid internships for VTB Junior in its head office and regional branches.
This season, 547 young specialists in 82 cities of Russia will join the Bank team. The most successful interns will be able to continue his career in the financial structure.
More than 20,000 applications were received for an internship in the head office, the competition amounted to more than 85 people per place. 227 young specialists from leading Russian universities passed a multi -stage selection and began an internship. It will last one year.
The internship in the bank’s network will be 320 young specialists. This year, the program is organized in the format of two sequential flows with a length of internship of 6 months. The selection for the first stream continues, more than 7,000 applications for participation have already been received. Olders will join the Bank’s network team from July to September.
During the program, young specialists will have to work on real business and projects. On all the way, mentors will be supported by the interns who are ready to help with career planning and share their knowledge and examination.
