“The event occurred on May 12. It was previously established that a 39-year-old man committed suicide by jumping out of the third floor window. An investigative-operational police and experts worked on the spot,” the report said.
It is noted that when examining the body, there were no signs of violent death, except for injuries obtained as a result of a fall from a height.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under the article (deliberate murder) with the note “Suicide”.
To verify the actions of the RTSC and SP, the materials were transferred to the State Bureau of Investigation, adds a press service. The investigation continues.
Context
This is not the first time that military liability is jumping from windows in TCC in Ukraine. On May 7, in Khmelnitsky TCC, a man after passing the VVK jumped out of the window of the second floor.
The military added that the passage of the VVK can lead to “stress or anxiety”, but they do not consider this the basis for actions that threaten life or health.
