Two young Krasnoyarsk residents were convicted of stealing money with a bank card found in a bar (video)

The court did not deprive the freedom of the two inhabitants of Krasnoyarsk for the theft of about 13 thousand rubles from the bank card, which they found during rest in one of the bars of the city.
As the police said, friends of 19 and 20 years spent other people's money on personal needs:
“The accomplices were calculated by a map in various city stores, in one of which came into video surveillance cameras. They paid for the products, wards and bouquets of tulips, which they gave to their friend and her mother. ”
The 20-year-old victim did not immediately notice the loss. Only when he began to receive notifications of writing off money, he suspected something was amiss, blocked the card and called the police.
The court found the attackers guilty of part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft from banking accounts “and appointed them 1.5 years of conditional imprisonment. Note that the maximum punishment for this crime is up to 6 years of the colony.
