“This material is just an artistic act and must be treated as such. I am not part of any political party and I do not want to be influenced in the presidential elections,” wrote Dani Mocanu in the comment section of the video.
Dani Mocanu has had several problems with the law over time. At the beginning of the year, he was sentenced to 6 years and 5 months imprisonment, respectively a criminal fine of 150,000 lei for pimping and money laundering. The court's decision is not final. Dani Mocanu's conviction came almost 10 years after committing the facts.
