As SEG, of course, we actively participate in these activities, some of them have even initiated, so we feel competent to discuss these topics. Therefore, during the 16th Congress of Investor Relations, we will deal with issues such as the possibility of issuing shares without the need to prepare and accept the emission prospectus, facilitates in the identification and publication of confidential information, and about the work on slimming the regulation on information obligations – says Dr. Mirosław Kachniewski, president of the board, Association of Stock Exchange.
