The city hall introduced the concept of celebration of the 397th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. Residents were told about the places of events, as well as about the main topic of the city day, which will be celebrated from June 6 to 8.

“The main topic of the celebration of the City Day is“ Heroes among us ”. Heroes in Russia have been at all times. These are people who, with their selfless labor, moral actions in extreme, extraordinary conditions, showed themselves as the patriots of their homeland, the defenders of its interests. This topic emphasizes the importance of people who show heroism both in hostilities and in civilian life. These are not only military, but also doctors, teachers, workers, drivers – all those who work selflessly for the benefit of society. They will become the main characters of all events, ”said the deputy head of the city, head of the Department of Social Development Evgeny Yuryev.
June 6 Official solemn events will take place: the ceremony of raising the flag of the city; laying flowers to the monuments of famous residents who contributed to the development of Krasnoyarsk; The opening of the summer season of the labor detachments of the head of the city and the solemn meeting with the ceremony of conferring the title “Honorary Citizen of the city of Krasnoyarsk”.
June 7 and 8 Festive events will be held as part of the Bright Coast project in various public spaces. The festivities will unfold on Central and Yaryginskaya embankments, as well as the embankment behind the square of enthusiasts, in the Oktyabrsky Lake Park and in the Sunny Polyana park.
It is noted that the festive design of Krasnoyarsk will correspond to the style of the main topics of the year. Recall, the 2025th is the year of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, declared the president of the year of the defender of the Fatherland.
