Impact of debates on the decision of Poles. Survey results


The presidential election will take place on May 18, and their possible second round – June 1. So far, several presidential debates have been held. What have changed? This question is answered by the Uce Research survey for Onet.
The exact question asked to respondents was: “What impact did the presidential debates have on your final decision at the Urnie Urncza, which until now took place in public space?“.
The answers are as follows.
Only 21.5 percent respondents replied that the TV's television struggles would have a great impact on their decisions.
For most Poles, their importance is small. 35.1 percent respondents replied that the impact of debates on their decision would be “medium”. 20.6 percent marked the “small” answer.
17.4 percent Respondents apparently made a long decision. For them, the impact of the debates is “none”.

5.5 percent respondents avoided answers by marking “hard to say”.
The UCE Research study at the request of Onet was conducted on 12-13.05.2025 by CAWI method at a sample of 1006 adult Poles aged 18-80 who intend to vote in this year's presidential election.
