Brzoska: We rest on laurels and we have to raise the bar. We will lose without it

– I see our beautiful great and deregulated Poland – he summed up the achievements of the initiative We check, Rafał Brzoska, representative of entrepreneurs for simplifying regulations and Head of InPost. Deregulations were one of the topics raised during the first day This year's Impact Conference in Poznań.

According to Rafał Brzoski, the reason for deregulation are emotions characteristic of Poles – anxiety, will to fight and want to make changes. In his opinion, thanks to this, several thousand people got involved in this project, which is to contribute to people to live better.
– We've already succeeded many things. We have beautiful roads, stadiums, there has been quick digitization in our country. We are also proud of Blik and I hope that also from parcel machines. However, I see that we inevitably sit on laurels. We stopped raising the bar – said Rafał Brzoska. – We are disturbed by bureaucracy, suppressing entrepreneurship, meanwhile we managed to achieve so much thanks to entrepreneurs.
Four -day working day? Why not two days?
According to Rafał Brzoska, it is disturbing to abolish the obligation to make up for homework. In his opinion, it deepens the differences between the richest children who can afford additional classes and the others who are not doing so well. – Recently, we are also talking about the Lubricate Work Week. And why not a three -day or two -day? – said the owner of InPost. – Did we come to the moment when the Ministry of Labor wants to become the ministry of unemployment? We take the chance in a global race ourselves. It doesn't have to be like that. Today, the world faces changes that will affect every area of our lives. If we do not stimulate the work ethos and we do not work on our advantage, we will start to lose.
Will evaporate 300 million jobs
According to Rafał Brzoski, today the threat, which is artificial intelligence, affects everyone. – In a moment it will evaporate 300 million jobs of mental workers. A quarter of the market will cease to exist. Meanwhile, 60 percent AI patents belong to America and China. We stopped being the cheapest labor market, where car wipers are mounted. There is a great chance for a completely new opening, for digitization. We will be able to compete with the best, but deregulation is crucial here, where 30 percent. Projects are about development projects and new technologies. It has nothing to do with current policy, it is above political divisions. It allows you to return to the path of healthy growth.
New technologies and cheap energy are needed
According to the head of the initiative, we check, Poland should be based on modern technologies and cheap energy, where companies use the tools of modern economy to develop and equalize opportunities. – We must let young Poles work more for the good of this country – said Rafał Brzoska. – Our project is the beginning of a change in approach to what our country will look like in the future. By the end of May, we will submit over 450 projects. I believe that the government will accept at least 60 percent. of them all in 100 days. No one has ever done so much in such a short time. According to Brzoska, if something has already been achieved, then you have to raise the bar, not settle on your laurels, because this is the nature of humanity. – This is the essence of deregulation in an emotional sense. I see our beautiful, great and deregulated Poland – added Rafał Brzoska.
