What changes in Belka's tax? Here are the options
We will propose the abolition of tax on capital gains (Belka tax) for savings and investments, including on the WSE, up to 100,000 PLN, above 1 year – that was more or less the original promise.
Later, it turned out that the proposal of changes presented by the Ministry of Finance is definitely less favorable. The introduction of the multiplier in the form of the NBP deposit foot (now is 5.25 percent) and the introduction of We would receive a beam -free amount only after multiplying 100,000 PLN by the NBP deposit foot.
Our last information shows that the government is considering various proposals aimed at limiting tax. One option is to assume a reduction in the tax rate, as long as the investment is long -term. The financial market institutions proposed that after the three years of the investment, the rate dropped to 10 or 15 percent. from the present 19 percent (We heard about both of the variants considered).
Other solution, though rather less likely, it would assume a complete exemption from the beam tax in the case of an investment lasting at least five years. It would be a tax equalization in terms of financial instruments with the apartment market.
