Poland is one of the wonders of this world, and strengthening it is an action within the America First doctrine – wrote the US ambassador to Poland, Tom Rose, on Thursday on X.

“Poland is one of the wonders of this world – a growing global power, an economy reaching one trillion dollars, the strongest army in Europe, the fastest developing country in the region and the guardian of NATO's eastern flank,” emphasized the US ambassador.
He added that US President Donald Trump “was the first to notice this and, together with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, provides Poland with unprecedented support – because in a new era full of challenges, strengthening Poland is acting within the framework of the America First doctrine.”
Rose also shared an excerpt from Wednesday's article by the Secretary of State of the United States, which took over the presidency of the G20 on Monday. The Secretary of State noted that the G20 summit, which will be held in Florida in 2026, “will be an opportunity to appreciate the values of innovation, entrepreneurship and perseverance that have made America great and that set the path to prosperity for the entire world.”
“We will invite friends, neighbors and partners to the American G20 summit. We will welcome the world's largest economies, as well as developing partners and allies. This also includes Poland – a country once trapped behind the Iron Curtain, and today one of the 20 largest economies in the world, which will join us to take its well-deserved place in the G20. Poland's success shows that looking to the future is a better way than focusing on the past. It is also proof that the partnership with the United States United and American companies promote shared prosperity and growth,” Rubio wrote. (PAP)
