Poderevynsky noted that for each person the path to self -improvement is different.
“What is suitable for me may not be suitable for someone else. Creativity is suitable for me-painting, literature, martial arts. I say very common things. But the most perfect path to self-improvement is to be able to think for himself,” he shared.
The writer added that people perceive ready -made cliches for their thoughts.
“In my life, I met very few people who are able to think,” said Uzervyansky. “They believe that these are their thoughts. And this is not their thoughts, this is what they told them on TV, in the book or somewhere else.”
