Analysts learned in which countries the Krasnoyarsk residents rested on May holidays this year

The traditional long weekend abroad this year spent 26 % more Krasnoyarsk residents than a year earlier. Thailand remains in the top of the residents of the region for the second year in a row, but Vietnam became the fastest growing direction. Analysts of MegaFon and “fly.ru” came to such conclusions.

Thailand became the leader in the reception of tourists from the Krasnoyarsk Territory: 16 % of all travelers who visited foreign countries on May holidays rested here. In second place is Türkiye (11 %), in the third – Kazakhstan (10 %). TOP-5 also included China and Georgia.

According to the statistics of “fly.ru”, exotic countries from different parts of the world made up the three on the growth of tourist flow: the representative of Asia – Vietnam – grew by 708 %immediately, African Egypt – by 172 %, and Georgia – by 107 %. According to “fly.ru”, the demand for tours to Vietnam increased immediately by 5.5 times.

The interest of the inhabitants of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the CIS countries increased markedly: 18 % more than our tourists went here than a year earlier. In addition to Belarus, which showed the greatest increase, Uzbekistan (+31 %) and Kyrgyzstan (+25 %) became more popular.

It is not easy to overtake Vietnam to the growth of the tourist flow, however, there were more attention to them: more attention was more of attention: they began to go to Indonesia (+144%), Japan (120%) and China (+104%). It is interesting that over the year the number of tourists who chose Thailand has decreased by 4 %, but this did not prevent the kingdom from maintaining the championship.
