Context
On June 20, 2024, a conflict arose in the center of the Dnieper between the ex-bead of special forces of military intelligence of Ukraine Kraken and unknown in camouflage and balaclava. According to the police, the man caused bodily injuries and kept him illegally. Telegram channels claimed that people in camouflage are the guard of Tishchenko. The people's deputy himself called the incident a provocation and said that he had no guard.
On the morning of June 25, the office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine informed Tishchenko about suspicion of Part 2 of Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal imprisonment). On the same day, the court chose him a preventive measure in the form of round -the -clock house arrest.
The duration of the preventive measure was extended. As Radio Freedom wrote, the people's chosen one was supposed to remain under round -the -clock house arrest until December 23, but on December 17, the GBR reported that they had completed the criminal investigation, in which the current people's deputy of Ukraine appears.
On January 8, 2025, Tishchenko was seen at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.
On January 27, the Babushkinsky Dnieper District transferred Tychenko’s preventive measure in the form of two months of round -the -clock house arrest.
