Ștefan Bairam missed the conveyor belt in the draw with Metaloglobus, and at the end of the match he spoke about the conflict he had with coach Mirel Rădoi before the Conference League match with Noah. Baiaram then reacted nervously because he was not included in the first 11, and Mirel Rădoi excluded him from the team for that game. Mirel Rădoi introduced him as a starter today and changed him in the 86th minute.
Ștefan Baiaram about the conflict with Mirel Rădoi: “Many discussions were created”
“I had to accept the decision. He wants to apologize to everyone. I also talked to mister earlier. It was an inappropriate reaction. I'm going to grow up. I know what mister wants. I need to prepare better.
A lot of discussions have been created. The watch received as a gift had nothing to do with it. I had a chat with Mister before the Conference League preliminaries started and he kept his word. It had nothing to do with it.
It wasn't about turning back the clock, just that a lot of discussion was created. I tried to avoid these things and wanted to give it back. I thought maybe if I turned back the clock it would be better for everyone. Mister said that there is no question about such things and that he does not think about these things. The discussions did not leave the clock or other things. They left me to prepare better and be much more careful.
It's a normal discussion with the fans, like every match. Everyone is nervous and upset when we don't win. We get it, they've come this far. I want him to stay with us because only together we can succeed”, said Ștefan Baiaram in the flash interview from Digi Sport.
