MegaFon entered the top 10 best employers in Russia at the end of 2025 in the HeadHunter rating. The operator improved its position year on year and became the only telecom company in the top ten.

HeadHunter has been rating Russian employers since 2010. The participants’ results are based on an eNPS survey, reviews from former employees and applicant ratings, as well as an HR survey of the company itself.

MegaFon took eighth place in the ranking among organizations with more than five thousand employees. Such a high position reflects the results of a strategy aimed at technological leadership not only in the telecom industry, but also in the HR field: using digital innovation to create a human-centric work environment.

A key indicator of positive changes was the growth of the employee net worth index (eNPS): over the past year, the indicator has increased by 26 points. This was facilitated by the digitalization of HR processes: intelligent robotic assistants, a digital colleague for retail employees “Daily Hero”, seamless self-services and specialized AI tools that remove routine tasks and allow you to focus on strategic goals and personal development.

A preventive approach to management in the company has also become important, which allows timely identification and elimination of potential reasons for employee departure, creating a culture of trusting dialogue. Also in focus are the tasks of preserving the unique expertise of the team, accumulated over more than 32 years of work. Knowledge and experience are transferred to young personnel: newcomers from the adaptation stage gain access to advanced technologies and are included in real processes, ensuring continuity and development of key competencies.

“Our place in the HeadHunter ranking is a natural result of our work over the past few years. We successfully combine technological drive with important social meanings. It is the balance of innovation and attention to people that makes MegaFon attractive for work, professional growth and ensures staff stability: more than 50% of vacancies are filled through internal transfers. This means that employees see prospects for their development with us, and built-in recognition systems and personal development tracks help everyone grow along with the business,” said Roman Ermolenko, director of corporate development and personnel management at MegaFon.

A systematic approach to the HR brand was previously reflected in recognition at the level of leading industry ratings in 2025: the operator was awarded the “platinum” group in the Forbes rating, as well as the first group in the RBC rating.
