
There are days when you want something tasty and home, but there is absolutely no time for cooking. At such moments, lazy dumplings come to the rescue – a dish that is cooked quickly, simply and always turns out very tasty. Forget about long modeling and rolling out the dough, because this recipe will take you only 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 250 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 2 tbsp. tablespoons
- Flour-4-5 tbsp. spoons
- Salt is a pinch
- Butter – for serving
- Sour cream, jam or berries – at will
Preparation:
1. Pull the cottage cheese through a sieve or thoroughly open a fork so that there are no lumps.
2. Add egg, sugar and salt to cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Gradually add flour, mixing after each portion. The dough should turn out to be soft and slightly sticky.
4. Sprinkle the table with flour and lay out the dough. Form a sausage from the dough and cut it into small pieces.
5. Boil the water in the pan, add a little salt. Lower the dumplings in boiling water in small portions.
6. As soon as the dumplings come up, cook them for another 2-3 minutes, and then carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and put on a plate.
7. Serve the dish hot with butter, sour cream, jam or berries to your taste.
Lazy dumplings are a great option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are tender, airy and very appetizing. And most importantly, special culinary skills are not needed for their preparation. Bon appetit!
