In Minusinsk, the police seized counterfeit cigarettes from the entrepreneur. This was told in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
Employees of the Department of Economic Safety and Countering Corruption revealed the fact of storage and sale of non -hazardous tobacco products. The goods without marking were found on the windows of one of the small -optical retail bases of the city. The suspect was a 53-year-old woman engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
“The operatives recorded the sale of non -zacicious cigarettes and conducted an examination of the store. As a result, the police seized tobacco products totaling 386 thousand rubles, ”the police said.
In relation to businesswoman, a criminal case was opened under Art. 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “The acquisition, storage, transportation for the sale and sale of non -hazardous tobacco products that are subject to marking with special (excise) brands”.
The attacker faces up to 3 years in prison.
