
Kokhman Yakov Alexandrovich

On this day, Kokhman Yakov Aleksandrovich, an employee of the housing and communal services, an honorary citizen of the city of Birobidzhan, was born in Birobidzhan.
Yakov Alexandrovich studied at secondary school No. 2, after graduating from the Khabarovsk Construction College, Pacific State University.
Since 1982 and almost to the sudden death of January 16, 2016, his life was associated with the housing and communal services of Birobidzhan. He worked in various positions in the repair and construction trust, special forces, in city heating networks, where in 1998 he became the chief engineer, and in 2008-the director.

Under the leadership of Yakov Aleksandrovich, four central heating points were commissioned, 5 thousand meters of new pipelines were laid, most of the heating networks and hot water supply networks were repaired and reconstructed. Yakov Alexandrovich stood at the origins of city contests of professional skill (12+) of plumbing workers.
He, wherever he worked, has always distinguished high professionalism and dedication, exactingness, primarily to himself and to his subordinates, he was not afraid to make complex managerial decisions.
For a great contribution to the development of the industry, Yakov Kokhman was awarded numerous regional and federal awards, including him were awarded the title of “Honorary Worker of the Housing and Communal Service of Russia”, awarded the honorary sign of the EAO “Honor and respect”, an honorary letter of the EAO.
On May 28, 2016, by the decision of the City Duma, the former director of the MUP “City Heating Networks” Yakov Aleksandrovich Kokhman was awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of the city of Birobidzhan” (posthumous).

The results of the economic and financial activities of the collective farms of the region of 1951 were discussed at a meeting of the Bureau of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (B.) and the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of Workers' Deputies. The decision noted that in 1951 the further growth of the public economy of collective farms and their organizational strengthening continued.
The sowing area of agricultural crops increased by 12.2%, including 31%under potato crops – by 30%. Most collective farms increased the number of social cattle and birds. Fixed means of production compared to 1950 increased by 7.1% percent, cash income – by 55%.
The issuance of money, bread and other products to collective farmers has increased. The resolution also notes shortcomings and measures are determined to eliminate them.

The Bureau of the Regional Committee of the CPSU approved the initiative of the team of the Khinganolovo plant about to provide assistance to the school in preparation for the new school year. The team of the Khinganolovo plant pledged to install additional equipment in training workshops, purchase the necessary soft and hard equipment, educational equipment, fiction, organize a pioneer camp for 250-350 children, provide all newly arrived teachers with apartments.

In the newspaper of the Smidovichsky district, the District Herald (12+) for May 12, 2006, the article of the history teacher of secondary school No. 2 V. Cherepanova “Young Guardian of the past” tells that the school museum has been operating in the walls of the school since 1980.
The initiator of the creation and its first leader was Rimma Arsentievna Stafeeva, a teacher of a foreign language. Lidia Ivanovna Chikisheva gave a lot of effort to this work, in which the museum was moved to another room.
At the museum, the Search detachment works, which is a great job to replenish the museum with various exhibits. The museum has a local history circle, extra -curricular events, literature lessons, geography, and the history of the EAO are held here. Most often these are non-traditional lessons: lessons-excursions and lessons-games, conferences, seminars, sightseeing and thematic excursions.

The museum has three expositions: “History of the village of Nikolaevka”, “The Great Patriotic War”, “History of School No. 2”. A bench material is attached to each exposure. Members of the Council of the Museum conduct exit excursions on the museum materials in the teams of enterprises and organizations of the village, meetings with interesting people, excursions for residents are constantly organized.
The Museum of School No. 2 of the village of Nikolaevka is one of the best school museums of the region. He was repeatedly encouraged by diplomas and valuable gifts.
