A strong finish of the Trzaskowski campaign. 24 hours on the road – from Szczecin towards Warsaw

Ko Rafał Trzaskowski's candidate will end the election campaign with the “24 hours for Poland” campaign – on the road he will be around the clock, traveling from Szczecin to the east of the country and ending just before midnight in Mazovia. Full mobilization, we fight for voices until the last moment – the election staff announced.


“The biggest enemy of populism is high attendance, so until the last moment, without wasting a minute or second on Friday, on the last day we will try to embrace as many hands as possible. We will direct the message to individual social groups, also mobilizing them,” MP Patryk Jaskulski told PAP.
As he explained, on Thursday at midnight “Trzaskobus” with a candidate, staff and journalists on board will set off from Szczecin, where Trzaskowski will appear at a rally earlier.
“We start with the action +24 hours for Poland +, symbolically from Szczecin, from the city of Freedom, breakthroughs and borderland. We head towards the east and we will go all day, reporting it in all media. We will go from west to east towards Warsaw” – emphasized MP KO, adding that the action will end before midnight on Friday, i.e. before the election silence. “Around 23.30 there will be a finish of the campaign, the last joining with Poles and Poles,” he clarified.
“It will be full mobilization, we fight until the last moment for voices. We are fighting to win Poland of an open hand on May 18. Poland, where you want to talk to everyone, where nobody gets out, where the dialogue is run, where he wants to rebuild the community,” said Jaskulski.
Trzaskowski's campaign is supported by parallel actions: “Forward citizens”, “Women for elections. Women with Trzask” and “Young forward”, under which KO parliamentarians travel the country and encourage to vote for Trzaskowski. The last two will have their summary this week. The action addressed to women – most likely on Thursday at a press conference in Silesia, and the action addressed to young people – on Friday throughout Poland.
The election campaign will end on Friday, May 16 at 24 o'clock the election silence will be in force throughout the country to close electoral premises, i.e. until 9pm on Sunday.
13 candidates will compete in Sunday elections: Artur Bartoszewicz (economist), Magdalena Biejat (candidate of the new left), Grzegorz Braun (MEP excluded from the Confederation), Szymon Hołownia (Marshal of the Sejm, third way candidate), Marek Jakubiak (MP of the Free Republicanie Circle), Maciej Maciek (leader of the Welfare and Peace), Sławomir Mentzen (confederation candidate), Karol Nawrocki (president of the Institute of National Remembrance, candidate supported by PiS), Joanna Senyszyn (former SLD MP, economist), Krzysztof Stanowski (journalist), Rafał Trzaskowski (President of Warsaw and candidate of the KO), Marek Woch (candidate of non -party local government officials), Adrian Zandberg (MP, MP, Party, party candidate).
Any second round will be carried out on June 1. (PAP)
