What accusations contains the Motion Aur-Pot-SOS Romania
'Under the mandate of Minister Alexandru Rafila, Romania has transformed into a land of experiments for pharmaceutical companies. Instead of protecting public health, the Ministry of Health has become a vehicle to promote the financial interests of the big corporations in the pharmaceutical field to the detriment of the safety of children and the right of parents to choose. (…) Romanians deserve a health system that works for citizens, not for political or financial interests. We request the resignation of the minister Alexandru Rafila, due to the irresponsible management of the vaccination policy in Romania, which endangers the health of children and the confidence of citizens in the public health system ', the text of the motion shows.
According to the signatories of the motion, the current formula of the ROR (measles-red-Russian) vaccine, which in the past was considered relatively safe, has a 'hidden risk', and the 'aggressive' promotion 'is' a dangerous policy'.
'The Ministry of Health, under the leadership of Mr. Rafila, has demonstrated a lack of transparency in terms of financial relations between public institutions and pharmaceutical companies producing vaccines. Doctors who raise questions are isolated, and those who support without reservations benefit from direct and indirect sponsorships. There is no complete transparency regarding the sponsorship contracts and no real evaluation of the adverse effects of the vaccines administered to children. These actions reflect a conflict of huge interests between the Ministry of Health and the commercial interests of the pharmaceutical industry ', the quoted document shows.

What did the two candidates say about the presidency about vaccination
At the electoral debate on May 8, from Euronews, the two candidates for the presidential elections were asked what they think about vaccination. The gold candidate, George Simion, replied that he was vaccinated, but not with the anti-Covid serum that he considered “experimental”. He, who noticed in the Covid Pandemic as an anti-vaccine, said he decided with his wife who receives their son.
“I am a man who has been vaccinated with the vaccine scheme of the Cantacuzino Institute. To address the problem of vaccination as a matter in which the state knows better than the parents I think is deeply wrong. () Does not know Marcel Ciolacu (…) does not know Nicuşor Dan (…) Better than a parent. For the right of each to have their own option and I will maintain, related to the medical treatments, the same position, ”said George Simion, in the organized electoral debate on Thursday night by Euronews Romania.
Independent candidate Nicuşor Dan is of the opinion that science should be promoted more in society and said that both children are vaccinated according to the scheme proposed by the Romanian state.
“I believe that we have to promote much more science in society, medicine is a science in which many intelligent people have worked for years and we have to trust these people when we address them for our health and our children,” said Nicuşor Dan.
Referring to the statistics that Romania reported 85% of the measles cases registered at the European Union level, Nicuşor Dan found that this percentage is the result of misinformation.
“I encourage parents to vaccinate their children for measles because the risk is high and we always trust specialists,” said Nicuşor Dan.
He announced that he was vaccinated with the messenger RNA serum with which the Covid pandemic was defeated.
