Poles loved houses in Spain. Record number of buyers


The latest data from Registradores de Espana shows that Between January and March 2025, Poles purchased 998 houses and apartments on the Iberian Peninsula, improving the result from the same 2024 period by almost 25 percent. “From April 3, 2025, new regulations have been in force, eliminating the so -called golden visas. This is a program that enabled citizens from outside the European Union to obtain the right to stay in Spain in exchange for a significant capital investment, including real estate. Spain is fighting wild tenants
