According to the latest SW Research research, which is published by “Rzeczpospolita”, the largest percentage of Poles (94 percent) deals with routine e-mail and online communication management. They take up to 10 hours of these activities during the week – writes Thursday “Rzeczpospolita”.


“Entrepreneurs in Poland lose time on routine tasks. Repeated classes, such as e-mail management or customer service, absorb valuable hours that could be used for business development. According to SW Research, as much as 47 percent of people working in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector declares that the mentioned customer service takes over 6 hours a week. respondents (27 percent) – however, it turns out to be financial management ” – we read.
According to the daily, “research, carried out on behalf of HP Inc Polska, show that a close to every second entrepreneur works more than a standard full -time full -time (40-50 hours a week). And this often leads to neglecting other aspects of life.”
“Small and medium -sized companies are quite skeptical about replacing part of activities by new technologies. As many as 82 percent of them are resisted when it comes to customer service automation.” In addition, “skepticism also concerns the use of artificial intelligence for creative tasks. 42 percent of respondents think that AI will handle them worse than a man” – informs “Rz”.
However, as the Thursday “Rzeczpospolita” writes, research also shows that those who think about investments in technologies are willing to spend money on them, as long as these affect time saving (40 percent), reduction of costs (26 percent), as well as automation of repetitive activities (20 percent), the possibility of serving more customers (17 %) and improvement of customer experiences or increasing the security of the company (8 percent).
“SW Research indicates that more than two out of three entrepreneurs notice progress in the use of modern technologies in business, and 40 percent claims that thanks to automation they could save up to 10 hours a week,” reads. (PAP)
