The speech of politicians concerned the explanation of the issues related to the property of Karol Nawrocki – it was about a flat purchased from Jerzy. As reported in the UODO message, During the press conference, Law and Justice deputies revealed such data as name, surname, address and PESEL number. These were the data of two people.

“During the conference, MP Przemysław Czarnek publicly showed documents containing personal data. Therefore, the President of UODO decided to take an ex officio violation of personal data protection” – passed in a communication.
In the statement, the Office indicated that this is not the first case when the data of persons who do not perform public functions appear in the media space. The President of UODO dealt with this matter ex officio, because “the scope of this data can have adverse effects on these people.”
“I appreciate those media that have survived and did not disseminate in their publications of personal data visible in the photo, and which covered it” – said the president of UODO Mirosław Wróblewski.
As Wróblewski emphasized, “public figures should ensure that the personal data of non -performance of public functions could not be read.”

The Onet portal revealed on Monday that Nawrocki – a presidential candidate supported by PiS – contrary to the declaration of the presidential debate in “Super Expresie”, is not the owner of one, but two apartments. In addition to living in Gdańsk, where he lives with his family, she also has a studio apartment. In 2017, an elderly man gave it to Nawrocki and his wife in exchange for care and maintenance; Jerzy Ż. However, he went to a social care home.

On Wednesday, Nawrocki made a statement in Warsaw in which he referred to the allegations directed towards him in connection with the studio. In his opinion, they are “media lies” and “the struggle of the institution of the Polish state with one candidate for the office of the president of the Polish state”.
That is why – as he informed – he decided to hand over a studio sheet from Jerzy. for charity. “Yesterday I made a decision together with my wife Marta to convey this apartment for a charity of one of the charity organizations, which will continue to perform the mission, which I performed towards Mr. Jerzy,” said Nawrocki.
He added that in the donation agreement with a charity organization, with which he is in contact, there will be a record that Mr. Jerzy will be able to use the apartment until his death.
