George Becali announces for whom he will campaign in round 2: “What do you want me to do, to put my grandchildren to wear a skirt?”

Businessman George Becali has announced that he will support the Gold leader, George Simion, in the second round of the presidential election. “What do you want me to do, to put my grandchildren to wear a skirt (…) If I vote Nicuşor Dan?”, Becali argued.

“Well, if I went into the second round with Nicuşor Dan, I promised him, when I was arguing with him, in the messages, I promised him that … to pray to enter with Nicuşor Dan, that he does not know, he was preconisted, he had an inspiration that it will be, I said,” If you will be with Nicuşor Dan, ” Nicușor Dan and Crin Antonescu, for the second place, was still in progress.

George Becali added that he does not want men to “wear a skirt” if Nicuşor Dan is elected president.

“What do you want me to do, to put my grandchildren to wear a skirt (…) If I vote Nicuşor Dan? What do you want now?”, Becali said, according to News.ro.

Also, the businessman criticized the mayor of the capital on the grounds that he “approved all the LGBT demonstrations”.

“What to do, do LGBTs in Romania?” Becali said.

He stressed that he promised his support to George Simion and that he would grant him.

George Simion, the golden candidate, obtained 3,735,578 votes (40.56%), at the first round of presidential elections, shows the data published on Sunday night, in real time, on the website of the Permanent Electoral Authority, after centralizing 19,935 minutes (99.25%).

In the second place is the independent candidate Nicușor Dan, with 1,925,795 votes (20.91%), followed by Crin Antonescu, the candidate of the ruling coalition, with 1,871,224 votes (20.32%), and by the independent candidate Victor Ponta with 1.221,486 votes (13.26%).

Elena Lasconi (USR) is on the fifth place, with 246,196 votes obtained (2.67%).
