The Russian team won eight medals at the international cybersecurity Olympiad in Singapore.
Our boys took three gold, three silver and two bronze. And they took the second place, losing one gold to Singaporeans. The growing geniuses fought against 120 talented schoolchildren from 25 countries. Including Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan and Singapore. They solved the tasks of increased complexity in cryptography, binary vulnerability, web-vazimeni and reverse engineering, pentest, steaganography and Forenzik.
Children were prepared by the Central University and Kaspersky Laboratory, winners and coaches of the winning teams of prestigious IB competitions. On Saturday, a solemn meeting of the champions at the airport is planned.
The organizer of the ICO first Olympiad in 2025 is the Singapore National University Computing Technology School (NUS). The next ICO will be held already in 2026 in Sydney.
