A 13-year-old boy was sitting on a hemp in the middle of the Bitz river in Moscow. He fell under the ice – he was saved and taken to the hospital.
The child went on a fragile ice and could no longer get out. Rescuers had to lay out the stairs to get to it. The teenager was very frozen, he has a hypothermia of the first degree.
