Tips and nuances
- To make the spinach easily interrupted in a blender, add water gradually – so much so that it becomes mashed, but not too rare.
- Add milk in parts – it is easier to avoid lumps and achieve the perfect consistency of the dough.
- If there is time, let the dough stand not only 15 minutes, but also up to 30 – pancakes will be more elastic.
- The pan should be well heated – the first pancake can be “trial”, so do not be alarmed.
- So that the pancakes do not stick, grease the pan with vegetable oil only before the first portion or if necessary.
