“A light, bright and very tasty option for lunch or dinner!” -noted Jimenes-Bravo.
Ingredients:
- Pasta “shells” – 100 g;
- chicken fillet – 200 g;
- starch – 1 tbsp. L.;
- one pepper;
- one tomato;
- one avocado;
- one clove of garlic;
- green onions to taste;
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. L.;
- Teriyaki sauce – 1 tbsp. L.;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. L.;
- Sesame for sprinkling.
Cooking
- Cut the chicken fillet, roll in starch and fry until golden crust.
- Boil the paste in salted water until cooked.
- Cut pepper, tomato and avocado.
- For refill, mix chopped garlic, green onions, soy sauce, teriyaks and vegetable oil.
- Mix all the ingredients in the salad and pour with gas stations. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
