During the meeting of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation, a bill was submitted to the State Duma on the regulation of the volume of admission to paid training in universities. Information about this appeared on the website of the lower house of the Federal Assembly.
Deputies intend to complete the work on the law during the spring session, so that he is ready to sign Russian President Vladimir Putin. Now the leadership of universities is solving the issue with the “payers” on its own. Approximately half of the Russian students undergo a commercial basis, while 42.5 % of them are in economic and legal specialties.
If the document is accepted, then the set for paid universities will be carried out depending on the needs of the economy.
“It is no secret that on paid departments they“ hold on ”by the warden, regardless of whether he goes to class or not, whether he studies or not. Control issues are lost. We will try to do everything so that the law is adopted during the spring session, ”said the chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin as part of the meeting.

He also raised the issue of targeted training. The Chairman of the State Duma drew the attention of colleagues that today about 75 % of budget places in universities are allocated for children coming in the target direction, but not all of them return to the region, which sent them to training.
According to him, the situation in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is formed in the same way: there are regions where the percentage of the highly returned back, and there is an example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where more than 60 % of targets are not returned.
“Targeters enter budget places on preferential conditions, but at the same time, housing, employment, and interesting work do not always correspond to expectations. Therefore, this conversation is important for us. We cannot stand aside, we must pursue a corresponding policy, ”said Vyacheslav Volodin.
We will remind, earlier it became known that at once three universities in Krasnoyarsk were on the list of the best universities in Russia according to RAEX. Siberian Federal University entered the top 10 best universities in the country. It was represented by 19 directions. Among them were, including Energetics, Oil and Gas Affairs, Construction, Ecology and others. Krasnoyarsk Medical University. Voyno-Yasenetsky took 16th place in the subject rating in the direction of “Pharmacia” and 20-in “Medicine”.
