Shoes are not just an element of a wardrobe. Its shape and design directly affect the health of the feet, joints and even the spine. Some popular models, despite external attractiveness, slowly but surely harm the body.
Here are three specific examples of shoes that should be abandoned:
“Uggs” – warm but dangerous
These soft boots without a hard back and support of the vault lead to overstrain of the ligaments. In them, the foot “fails”, which over time causes flat feet and unpleasant sensations in the knees.
“Boats” on a stiletto is 10 cm
Classic office shoes with a narrow toe and high heel deform the front part of the foot. As a result, “bones” appear in the thumb, Morton's neurom and chronic pain in calves.
“Croxy” with a flat sole.
Plastic slippers seeming comfortable do not shimmize the blow when walking. Their wearing leads to microtrauma of the joints and inflammation of the Achilles of the tendon.
Fashionable shoes often contradict the anatomical needs and structure of the foot. It is worth choosing not in appearance, but by the degree of convenience when wearing.
Earlier it became known that it would help remove the unaesthetic “bone” on the legs.
