Ranking of company accounts with additional services – April 2025.

In the April ranking of corporate accounts, we took not only basic charges for account maintenance, but also the availability of accounting services and allowances such as cash bonuses or credit card costs. We checked which banks offer additional services to entrepreneurs.

In April, we take service packages for entrepreneurs offered in banks. For this purpose, we analyze fees for basic functionalities, access to accounting services and additional services – among them we pay attention to cash bonuses and monthly costs of credit cards. We combined the parameters in three categories, in each of them distinguishing from two to four factors:

1. Costs of basic services for the entrepreneur:

• monthly fee for a company account – 1 point is granted if the account is free without having to meet additional conditions.
• Monthly fee for the debit card – 1 point if the entrepreneur can use the card without meeting additional requirements.
• unlimited free external transfers ordered online – 1 point is awarded when the bank offers an unlimited pool of free external transfers ordered from the level of online banking and a mobile application.
• Monthly fee for a currency account – 1 point if the bill may be free after meeting the conditions.

First of all, we analyzed the amount of monthly fees for using a company account and using the first debit card issued to the invoice. In addition, we took into account the availability of unlimited free external transfers ordered in a mobile application or online banking service. The fourth parameter in this category is a monthly currency account fee.

2. Accounting packages to a company account:

• Free invoicing service – 1 point if such a service is available.
• Free independent accounting service for a trial period (min. 1 MC) – 1 point if the bank provides at least a monthly free trial period.
• Free independent accounting service for more than 1 month – 1 point, if the bank offers free access to independent accounting service for a period longer from a month.
• Availability of a package with accounting service – 1 point is awarded if the bank provides the option of using the promotion for accounting services in the selected period.

Subsequently, we looked at the accounting solutions made available by banks. We checked which entities offer a tool enabling independent invoices and applications for independent accounting. Through this service, the entrepreneur may determine, enter the necessary documents to PKPiR (tax book of revenues and expenses) or revenue records, determine the amount of income tax to pay and complete and send VAT declarations with JPK.

3. Other services Available at the bank:

• bonus – 1 point if the bonus is available.
• monthly fee for handling credit card – 1 point is assigned for the possibility of free use of the service without additional conditions.

When setting up a company account or transferring an account to another bank, it is worth paying attention to the available bonuses. One of them is a cash bonus paid for the activities undertaken by entrepreneurs, e.g. making transfers to ZUS or the conclusion of a payment terminal agreement. The second analyzed service is the monthly cost of the credit card, which can be useful with unexpected higher expenses.

In the table we have only included banks that offer an invoicing offer, independent accounting and accounting service for people running their own business. If the entity does not provide such services, it was not included in the ranking.

He took first place in the ranking Bank Millennium with my business accountwho collected a set of points. As part of the promotion “Expand your business with my business account,” customers can take advantage of the temporary exemption from basic fees for: running my business account, currency account and selected transfers ordered in mobile or internet banking in standard mode. Customers can also get a monthly exemption for a debit card. Entrepreneurs at Bank Millennium can use free invoicing and a three -month free independent accounting package.

Two institutions came second in the table: Alior Bank with the Business Ikont and Nest Bank with business account. Each of them lost one point in relation to the leader of the list. In the case of Alior Bank, the difference shows the inability to obtain an exemption from a monthly exchange account fee. The cost is fixed and amounts to PLN 8 per month. However, Nest Bank does not have a credit card in its portfolio, therefore it received 0 points in the category about this product.

The stake on the podium is closed by the offers of three entities: Business account with Żubr In Bank Pekao, Direct account for the company at ING Bank Śląski and PKO Company account at PKO Bank Polski. Each institution collected 8 points, losing two to the leader's position. Both Bank Pekao and PKO Bank Polski do not offer unlimited online external transfers and the promotional period for the Package of Independent Accounting longer than a month. Like ING Bank Śląski, which also “lost” a point for the possibility of exempting from the fee for a currency account.
