The Nazarovsky Milk-Condeter Plant was caught on numerous violations. This was reported in the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor.
In October 2024, the specialists of the Krasnoyarsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsOK APK” found a mismatch in the fat-acid composition in condensed milk from this manufacturer. The Rosselkhoznadzor explained that this indicates the use of fatty fats and indicates the falsification of the product. In addition, the residual content of antimicrobial drug was found in condensed milk.
The violations were also identified at the enterprise itself. There were no metering devices of temperature conditions and humidity. And in executed production certificates, specialists recorded the facts of extending the expiration dates of condensed milk.
The department established what outputs the condensed milk entered. The party inappropriate to the requirements was seized and its circulation was prevented. Product certificates for products were canceled.
“In addition, in order to prevent the introduction of unknown products into the turnover of products at the initiative of the Rosselkhoznadzor, the Veterinary Supervision Supervision Service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on April 16 excluded the production site of the enterprise, located in the city of Nazarovo from the component of the production activities of the economic entities of the State Information System“ Vetis, ”said the press service of the department.
The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory attracted the Nazarovsky Milk-Condeter Plant LLC to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine.
