In a short announcement, not containing any details, the minister announced, among others Liquidation of the Civilian Security Department, Democracy and Human Rights, which – as the daily explains – was designed to promote American values abroad.

The head of diplomacy also accused the Department of Population, Refugees and Migration of sending millions of dollars of American taxpayers to non -governmental organizations promoting migration and “invasion to the southern border” of the USA.
The restructuring of the State Department is to reduce the number of employees of the USA in the US by 15 percent. Diplomats and officials of the ministry are preparing for more detailed messages regarding release and closing of American embassies and consulates – writes “NYT”.
Last week, the daily said that the administration of Donald Trump is considering closing 10 embassies and 17 consulates, and also plans to reduce the budget of the Department of State by almost 50 percent. (PAP)
