From the owner of the Krasnoyarsk cafe, they want to recover money for the deportation of a cook from the country

In Krasnoyarsk, the prosecutor's office applied to the court demanding to recover money from the owner of the cafe for the deportation of a cook that illegally working in Russia from Tajikistan.

A 41-year-old woman worked in a cafe in a television lane in May 2024. The employer did not ensure the design of the necessary patent for this, the woman also did not have a sanitary book. Despite this, at the time of the raid, the cook knead the dough.

The woman was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1.1 of Art. 18.8 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the regime of stay in the country) and in June 2024 was expelled from the country. The employer received a warning under Part 3 of Art. 18.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure and form of notification of migration registration bodies).

The prosecutor’s office noted that the expulsion of a woman in Tajikistan cost the state 20.5 thousand rubles. The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the employer to recover from the employer. Compensation of expenses to the state is under control.
