Soak the seeds in this – and the beets will rise already on the second day. The gardener spoke about the intricacies of sowing

“It does not matter whether you will sow the unprocessed beet seeds or processed, which have undergone pre -sowing processing. All the same, all the seeds need to be prepared, because the main reason why the beets do not rush is to sow seeds without preparation,” the blogger noted.

He advised to pour the seeds of beets with warm water before sowing and leave them for five hours so that they absorb as much moisture as possible.

“Do not worry that fungicides are washed off the processed seeds. The probability that beets will get sick immediately after the shoots is very small, but the fact that dry seeds will not rise, the probability is very large. Therefore, it is better to soak seeds,” the gardener explained.

Soaked seeds in five hours should be put on a container covered with paper towels, having previously moistened them with water. On top of the seeds you need to cover with a damp paper towel and left them in a warm place for two days.

“Already on the second day, beet seeds began to sprout. Now all the seeds that have appeared roots, we can plant, and we do not plant seeds without roots. Thus, we get one hundred percent seedlings on the second day,” the gardener summed up.
