Two Ukrainian pilots, who in March 2023 flew the border on civilian aircraft with bombs for a blow to the oil factory, sentenced to 22 and 26 years in prison.
Morozov received 22 years – the first four in prison, the rest in a strict regime colony – and a fine of 600 thousand rubles. Shimansky – 26, five years in prison, 21 in the colony, and also assigned a fine of 1.9 million rubles.
During interrogation, Dmitry Shimansky and Alexander Morozov said that the SBU was recruited. And they planned to drop a refinery bomb from the light -engine. We wrote that in March 2023 in the Bryansk region two sides planned to attack the industrial zone. Later, the planes landed because of the broken screw. For completing the assignment, the performers had to receive 50 thousand hryvnias. Pilots were citizens of Ukraine Dmitry Shimansky and Alexander Morozov.
