
Joint pain is always discomfort and limitation of mobility. If this problem arises, it is necessary to completely review your diet and abandon some products. The nutritionist Ekaterina Strelnikova emphasized in an interview with the publication “Izvestia” (18+) that in each case an individual approach is needed.
For example, with a gout, it is recommended to reduce the consumption of products with a high potatoes, such as meat, mushrooms, sausages and legumes. With overweight, to reduce pressure on the joints, it is necessary to reduce body weight, excluding sweet and flour products from the diet.
From the menu you need to exclude or try to reduce as much as possible – salt, spicy dishes, marinades, smoked meats and coffee.
Instead, you need to take care so that the diet includes:
- Honey and cinnamon, which have anti -inflammatory and antioxidant effects, restore tissues, improve microcirculation;
- Olive oil, unsaturated fatty acids and anti -inflammatory factors of which relieve pain and significantly improve the condition with arthritis;
- Potatoes and potato juice that relieve pain and return the joints, the flexibility and accuracy of small movements;
- Garlic, which has an antibacterial and anti -inflammatory effect, is useful for joint diseases;
- Turmeric, which significantly improves the condition of the joints;
- Apple cider vinegar, which is diluted in warm water (1 tbsp. L. by 250 ml of water) with the addition of 1 tsp. honey and drink on an empty stomach daily.
