Dubai chocolate, a combination of fine chocolate with crispy kataif and pistachios, conquered the Internet, but Dr. Cezar confessed that it was “Amazed” how sweet it can be.

“It was fashionable Dubai chocolateI wanted to see what it is like. I bought, tasted and threw it I couldn't eat it. How sweet it is, it cracked my head. But I realize that it is successful, because the world is common with this level of sweet. I go to a confectionery from this, I can't eat anything. I am overly sweet. Why? Because the society has adapted to sweet and this world is bought ”, says Dr. Cezar, in a post on his Facebook page.

According to the doctor, the world has become accustomed to consuming sugar and being dependent on it, because it is found in sausages, in processed meat, in bread.

“Why? Because this world asks: that it is tasty, that it is good. If you do not put, the taste is already changing and no longer. And it is a vicious circle, there is no guilty.” explains Dr. Caesar.

Dr. Cezar: Who wants to poison yourself?

In the opinion of the specialiast, “Salvation comes only from the individual, who has to make conscious choices and not on the basis of primary, animal instincts.”

“It is the spirit, which is conscious, and the animal, who cannot, who is addicted. Who takes that hand to the shelf, who takes the hand to the mouth? That one who wants to be healthy, consciously, who understands? Or an entity subject to influences, who are not his. Who wants to poison alone?” Dr. Caesar asks.
