Trump: We will soon hear Russia's response regarding weapon suspension

Soon we will hear a response from Russia regarding the suspension of weapons – said US President Donald Trump during a meeting with the Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Melons. He also confirmed that the US and Ukraine agreed on the raw materials and it will be signed next Thursday.

“We will hear from them this week, soon, and see what will happen (…) We want death and killing to stop,” said Trump during a meeting with Melons in an oval office. In this way he answered the question of whether he had set any border date so that Russia would agree to suspend their arms.

Melons said that she wanted to build peace in Ukraine with the USA.

Trump also confirmed the earlier announcement of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelanski that both countries agreed on the raw material and that it would be signed next Thursday.

The president also stated that although he did not hear Zelanski's responsibility for the war in Ukraine, he is “not delighted that there was a war”, and added that he was not satisfied with it and “he is not his big fan.” (PAP)
