Polsat Plus Group wants to be the “champion of the Polish economy”
“Their goal is strengthening corporate supervision, increasing efficiency and management standardsas well as increasing the role of management boards in the daily functioning of the group companies,” we read in the announcement.
It emphasized that in order to fully realize the ambitions of the group, its employees and shareholders, it is necessary to supplement the key corporate bodies. “This is an important step that opens a new chapter in the group's history and sets the direction for its further development.”

Polsat Plus Group does not hide the fact that the goal is to “regain the position of a champion of the Polish economy, create a modern organization using the latest technologies, quickly implement solutions based on artificial intelligence, and, above all, confirm credibility in financial markets and attractiveness for investors”.
The Polsat Plus Group emphasized that it will change – towards a modern, flexible and effectively operating organization, with new leaders in the lead.

To strengthen the ownership perspective Aleksandra Żak, Tobias Solorz and Piotr Żak join supervisory boards of companies as vice-chairmen. Piotr Zak combines the roles of president of the management board of Cyfrowy Polsat and Telewizja Polsat.
“Their presence in supervisory and management bodies is the best guarantee of realizing this perspective. They know the group perfectly and want to use this experience to develop key areas of the companies' operations,” we read in the release.
He also joins supervisory boards Jarosław Grzesiakalong with Tomasz Szeląg they also serve as members of the TiVi Foundation board. Tomasz Szeląg he has been associated with the group in the area of finance and broadly understood corporate supervision for over 17 years. He has taken an active part in all strategic undertakings of the Polsat Plus Group over recent years and is a member of the supervisory boards of most Polsat Plus Group companies.
Jarosław Grzesiak is a strategic advisor and one of the leading lawyers in Poland, with many years of experience in the area of corporate transactions, capital markets and corporate governance. In the years 2021–2024, he was the chief strategic advisor (Chief Executive Advisor) in the Polsat Plus Group and the ZE PAK Group and a member of the supervisory boards of companies from these groups, responsible for the most important strategic projects.
“Taking care of the implementation of the group's long-term strategic goals requires supplementing the supervisory authorities with market experts with many years of experience in key areas for the further development of the group. Therefore, Cyfrowy Polsat's supervisory board is joined by Marta Popowiedz and Piotr Muszyński“- we read.
Marta Popowiedz is a manager and expert in public policies and digital transformation. She has been working at Google for 14 years, and since January 2025 she has been the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Poland.
The company emphasizes that Marta Popowiedz's knowledge and experience related to the functioning, organizational culture and best management practices of American companies and the technology business will be an important factor in supervising the transformation of the group.
He also joined the supervisory boards of Cyfrowy Polsat, Polkomtel and Netia Piotr Muszyńskimanager and telecommunications market expert with many years of success in managing and transforming large organizations. Piotr Muszyński will support the development of the group with his knowledge and experience related to telecommunications. He also joins the supervisory boards of Polkomtel and Netia.

The changes that have been introduced also include those marking the end of the mission related to working for the group as members of supervisory boards.
He is leaving the supervisory boards of Cyfrowy Polsat, Polkomtel and Telewizja Polsat Józef Birka — he resigned from these functions and remains in the group as an advisor. Polsat Plus Group has appointed new people to its management boards
He is the new president of the management board of Polsat Plus Group Piotr Zak. He combines the presidency of Cyfrowy Polsat and Telewizja Polsat. He became the President of Polkomtel Maciej Steca Andrzej Abramczuk is the president of Netia.
New changes are a calling Bartłomiej Drywa to the management board of Cyfrowy Polsat. Bartłomiej has been associated with the group for over 15 years. Since March 2025, he has been the managing director responsible for the areas of investor relations, ESG and Compliance at Cyfrowy Polsat and ZE PAK.
Andrzej Abramczuk was appointed as a member of the management board of Cyfrowy Polsat and vice-president of the management board of Polkomtel. He will combine these functions with the role of Netia's president.
Katarzyna Wyszomirska-Wierczewska was appointed vice-president of the management board of Polkomtel. She has been associated with the group for over 25 years, currently serving as a member of the management board of Telewizja Polsat and director of marketing communications of the Polsat Plus Group.
