The governor of Dnepropetrovsk District Serhij Łysak wrote in a telegram that two women were killed and 16 people were injured, including three children aged 11, six years and nine months. Five people are in the hospital.
The mayor of Dnieper Borys Fiłatow later wrote in a telegram that the number of wounded increased to 28 people, and among them are four children. The attack caused several fires, 15 apartments were damaged, as well as a dormitory, an educational institution of the food processing plant.
Photos posted on the Internet show a large fire and firefighters working at the scene at night, as well as damaged vehicles and buildings with windows broken and damaged facades.
