Allegro and DPD have signed a new agreement regarding delivery of shipments under the Allegro Delivery program. The contract was concluded for time until the end of April 2030 – Allegro said in a statement.

As stated, the contract includes deliveries to the network of parcel vending machines (APM) and DPD collection points (Pudo), deliveries to the address and update of the rates and the target integration model for deliveries to the network of parcel machines and Allegro One – One Box and One Point collection points.
The basic price list of DPD services depends on the volume of sent shipments and will remain unchanged until the end of March 2026. After this date, the prices will be corrected every 12 months using the valorisation formula. This template takes into account changes in inflation indicator and average wages in the enterprise sector.
The contract was concluded for a fixed period by the end of April 2030 with a 6-month notice period, with the termination not possible earlier than after 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
Pursuant to the contract, DPD is obliged to maintain a specific level of efficiency and level of services by investing in the further development of the parcel machine networks (APM) and reception and posting points in Poland to the extent necessary to enable the implementation of services, based on the forecasts of volume from Allegro. The contract does not impose an obligation on the Allegro to provide a specific shipping volume.
The parties have committed to further cooperation in the development of new services and identifying operational synergies, as well as to provide mutual marketing services, including placing the Allegro brand on DPD packages. (PAP Biznes)
